wednesdays is the training session for everyone, we
all have fun and everyone is welcome from new members to the competition squad, so come along and see what we do! FIRST SESSION

squad needs to turn up to this session.11:30-14:00pm is CO-ED and for everyone in the competition squad. we normally
bring drinks and a packed lunch on sundays, but there is a cafe and vending machines at the sports centre.
FIRST SESSION IS FREE! (costs around £2.70 normally) Men,
Women, girls and boys welcome! No experience necessary. Everyone starts at the beginning when they join, and we train you
from scratch!
We are also looking for gymnasts to join the team,
as we need more people who can tumble. So if you can do any sort of gymnastics, or know anybody who does, send them
along! :D
